Located in Ugley Essex is the Eagle Road Club's clubhouse. Our clubhouse is used as race HQ for all of our cycling events, the only exceptions are the evening 10's which are based around Abridge. Indeed many open events on the E1 courses and it's variants are based at the Eagle clubhouse because of it's facilities, space and proximity to the course.
In prior years, before the proliferation of the motor car, the clubhouse was primarily used for overnight accomodation for our members. It is maintained by club funds primarily for this purpose and Eagle riders have preference in the matter of sleeping accomodation. For a small overnight fee, members are free to use our clubhouse at any time to pursue their cycling hobby.
